Discover how to question the stories about what is going on in your life and learn powerful exercises you can use to
transform difficult situations.
Weeks 2 – 4: Create what you most desire in life.
Explore a simple 3-step appreciative process for handling problematic situations and relationships, and creating what you most desire in life. If you want to develop stronger, more meaningful relationships while finding more energy and motivation, this course will guide you.
All participants will receive a copy of the book: “The Joy of Appreciative Living” as well as a comprehensive participant guide to keep and refer to time and again.
Classes will be facilitated discussions and there will be some activities to explore between classes.
Dates: Every Thursday, March 8, 15, 22 & 29th from 6:30pm – 8 pm
